DELIVERY METHODS
Delivery is via Australia Post. Delivery should be received, within Austraila, within 5-7 working days, subject to stock availability.
RETURNS POLICY
In cases of faulty goods returns should be sent to Danish Modern by registered post and a replacement or repaired product will be sent freight free.
In the instance that a customer has a change of mind and would like to exchange for another product, additional re-delivery freight charges will apply. Items must be returned within 15 days of original dispatch date unused and in as new condition with all the original packaging. You must contact us prior to returning the goods, by email or telephone. Danish Modern will either exchange the item and add re-delivery charges or refund the amount of the item, less the original freight charges. Please note - there is no exchange or refund offered on sale items.
